Synergy Complex Care exists to improve the lives of our clients and staff. We specialize in providing specialist care and support at home for individuals with complex and multiple needs. Following a successful launch in 2020 we are looking for an additional Registered Nurse to join our team.

We are a dynamic and people focused business where staff are as important as the clients we care for. We can provide complex training for the right individual. This would be a good opportunity for someone looking to develop their clinical skills and grow with us.

The role will involve travelling to and from clients across the South West to provide Care Planning, Risk Assessment, Training and Competencies (including tracheostomy) for our staff, plus some time in the office near Bristol and occasional home working.
