We know that just like every client is unique, every employee is unique and everyone faces their own challenges.

We consistently provide our employees with active support, helping them through difficult times and ensuring they get the appreciation they deserve.

Therefore, we are pleased to announce we have expanded our current employee benefits to include our new MINDFUL EMPLOYER Plus Employee Assistance Programme, to which all Synergy Complex Care employees will now have access.

So, what is MINDFUL EMPLOYER Plus?

Facing problems at work or home is not uncommon but, no matter where they are, MINDFUL EMPLOYER Plus offers access to impartial and confidential advice.

The advice comes from qualified counsellors, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Once they have joined the programme, their access will include:

  • 24/7 telephone support for confidential emotional, personal, or work-related support
  • Telephone counselling where they will receive structured short-term counselling sessions with experienced clinicians
  • Wellbeing resources which include self-help workbooks, podcasts, and blogs.

All employees will also have access to the Your Care Platform.

It is an online dynamic health and wellbeing service, offering evidence-based interventions and support tools.
